1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1644) 1600 Block of Pato Court, Park District
The male victim, 72, and the female victim, 71, were in the backyard of their residence in the listed area with the known suspect, who was moving his property out. The suspect became upset, took an axe to the fence, and then charged the victims with the axe, but dropped it before anyone was hurt. ARRESTED: Fernando Santos, 54, for assault with a deadly weapon.

2. Armed Robbery (1820) Mighty Oak Drive and Oak Forest Avenue, Civic District
The female victim, 34, and four male juveniles went to the listed area to sell them items. The suspects emerged from the field, were armed with firearms, and demanded that the victims get out of the vehicle. Several victims fled on foot. One of the victims was assaulted by the suspects, and one suspect struck him with a stick. One victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECTS: Hispanic male, and nine unknown race males.

3. Robbery (1918) 4500 Block of North Pershing Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 61, was inside a business in the listed area when the suspect entered and asked to buy merchandise. As the victim retrieved the merchandise, the suspect pushed him, causing him to fall and sustain an injury. The suspect reached into the victim’s pocket, and the victim fought back, but the suspect
took the victim’s property. SUSPECT: Black male adult.

4. Person Shot (2130) 3100 Block of East Main Street, Park District
The male victim, 18, and his friends were in the listed area. As his friends went inside a business, he remained in the vehicle. Several gunshots were heard, and the victim was struck by gunfire. The friends transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. The victim’s vehicle
was also struck by gunfire. There is no suspect information.

5. Robbery (2310) 4100 Block of El Dorado Street, Civic District
The male victim, 27, was working at a business in the listed area when the suspect attempted to leave the business with merchandise. When the victim confronted the suspect, the suspect struck the victim in the face and fled on foot with the merchandise. SUSPECT: Black male adult.

6. Person Stabbed Arrest (0059) 9200 Block of Kirkby Lane, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 28, was arguing with the suspect when the suspect grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed him on his left side. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a life-threatening injury. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Ny Oung, 51, for assault with a deadly weapon.
