Beverly Hills, Calif. – On Sunday, August 30, 2026, at approximately 11:39 p.m., the Beverly Hills Police Department (BHPD) received a report of an altercation involving two males in the alley of the 400 block of North Palm Drive.
BHPD Officers responded to the alley and located a male suffering from a wound to his neck. Officers rendered aid, and the patient was transported to a local hospital by Beverly Hills Fire Department (BHFD) Paramedics, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The other involved individual, a resident of Beverly Hills, sustained injuries during the incident and was transported to a local hospital by BHFD Paramedics for treatment and evaluation.
BHPD Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and believe it is an isolated occurrence with no other parties involved.
“Our officers responded quickly to this incident and immediately rendered aid to both individuals,” said Beverly Hills Chief of Police Max Subin. “Our detectives are conducting a thorough and diligent investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident. The Beverly Hills Police Department remains committed to ensuring the safety of our community and holding those responsible for violence accountable.”
