INCIDENT: H&S 11378 - Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale and H&S 11379 - Transportation of a Controlled Substance
LOCATION: Front St. and K St., Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): DANIEL EBERT, 40-year-old Resident of Bullhead City, AZ
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Friday, August 28, 2026, at about 11:22 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement stop near Front Street and K Street, in the city of Needles.
During the stop, deputies discovered the driver, identified as Daniel Ebert, was found to be in possession of narcotics intended for sale and transporting narcotics. Ebert was also had three outstanding warrants for his arrest out of Riverside County for drug related and theft charges.
Ebert was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. This investigation is ongoing.
