Notice of Construction Activities: Ironia Road Improvements 
NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES: IRONIA ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
On or about Tuesday, September 8, 2026 (weather permitting), please be advised that construction will commence on the above-referenced project. The work to be performed under this contract includes minor curb repairs and ancillary drainage improvements on Ironia Road from County Route 510 to Mountainside Road. Contract work also includes milling, resurfacing, and line painting. The schedule of work is as follows:
- Tuesday, September 8, 2026 – Wednesday, September 9, 2026: Curb Repairs & Ancillary Drainage Improvements
- Thursday, September 10, 2026 – Friday, September 11, 2026: Milling
- Monday, September 14, 2026 – Tuesday, September 15, 2026: Paving
- Wednesday, September 16, 2026: Line Painting
Access to and from residences along the roadway will be limited once work begins. To assist with the project and avoid potential delays, we kindly ask that all vehicles be removed from the roadway no later than 7:00 A.M. on the day work begins. We will make every effort to minimize inconvenience, and the work will be carried out as efficiently as possible. Please be sure to observe and comply with all “No Parking” signage that will be posted in advance.
