Code Red Alert – Asbury Park Cooling Center Open Until 6 PM 
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a forecast calling for temperatures and weather conditions that meet the prescribed Code Red Alert thresholds. As a result, a Code Red Alert has been issued for Monmouth County.
The Asbury Park Senior Center, 1201 Springwood Avenue, 2nd Floor, will remain open until 6:00 PM tonight, Thursday, September 3, as an air-conditioned cooling center.
