Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charge: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on a drug charge following an investigation.
On August 31st at approximately 10:42 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 1700 block of West 3rd Street when they observed a male subject engaged in a drug related activity. Officers made contact with 22-year-old Trudell Powell, who was taken into custody without incident. Officers recovered 3.12 grams of crack cocaine and $150.00 in U.S. Currency.
Powell has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
