Expect traffic delays in the area of 23rd St/Market Ave and Church Ln/San Pablo Ave due to a planned event.
We have a funeral procession of approximately 200 cars coming into the city of San Pablo and going to the cemetery. Our staff will be closing raodways to allow the procession through at 11:30am. This closure should last approximately 20-30 minutes.
