* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1239 PM CDT, between 3.5 and 16.5 inches of rain have fallen over the last 48 hours. Another 0.5 to 1 inch of rain is possible over the next few hours. If heavy rain moves back into this region, a Flash Flood Warning will likely be issued. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
