The paving operations on Centennial Boulevard from Old Egg Harbor Road to Cooper Road, originally scheduled to conclude on Thursday, have been rescheduled to Friday, September 4th, from 4:00 AM to 5:00 PM due to the weather forecast. Any remaining paving work will be completed on Tuesday, September 8th, with operations starting at 8:00 AM. Police Officers will be at each entrance of the Centennial Mills Development to aid residents getting in and out of the neighborhood as needed.
During construction, Centennial Boulevard will be fully closed with detours set up from each project limit. Traffic heading northbound on Clementon Road (Centennial) will be detoured east on Route 561, then north on Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, then west on Cooper Road, back to Centennial Boulevard. Southbound traffic on Centennial will be detoured eastbound onto Cooper Road, southbound on Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, and westbound on Route 561 back to Clementon Road (Centennial). Local traffic and emergency vehicles will be permitted.
