Southbound Franklin Rd between Rt 46 and #285 will be closed this morning / afternoon for paving starting at 7:00am. Once the southbound lane is complete, the paving crew will move to the northbound lane. The southbound lane will be reopened and the northbound lane will then be closed.
** Detour for the closing of the southbound lane will be Rt 53 S, Right onto Station Rd, Left onto Parks Rd, to Rt 10 W. **
** Detour for the closing of Northbound Franklin Road will be right onto Cooper Rd, Right onto Hill Rd, Right onto Rt 10 W, Right onto Franklin Rd, left onto Franklin Ave, Right onto Rt 46 E. **
