* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 335 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Milford, moving southeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near... Novi, South Lyon, Northville, and West Bloomfield around 340 PM EDT. Southfield around 345 PM EDT. Royal Oak and Birmingham around 350 PM EDT. Detroit Zoo around 355 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Franklin, Madison Heights, Orchard Lake, Clawson, Berkley, Oak Park, Commerce, New Hudson, Hazel Park, and Walled Lake. People attending Michigan State Fair should seek safe shelter immediately! This includes the following highways... I-75 between mile markers 60 and 66. I-96 between mile markers 154 and 167. I-696 between mile markers 1 and 19. M-10 between mile markers 13 and 18.
