People in the area are advised to lockdown in the nearest place of safety. Go inside, close and lock all windows and doors. Stay off the phone and do not call 911 unless you need to report a life threatening emergency. Stay indoors until you receive further instructions.
Update - As of 11:00 PM the shelter in place has been lifted and there is no longer any threat to the community.
