Work on Shorewood Boulevard and Hunter Hill was delayed this past week due to contractor scheduling issues. Construction will resume the week after Labor Day, starting with installation of new curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and aprons. Once the concrete has cured, crews will grade and pave the road.
The project team currently expects Shorewood Boulevard to reopen to traffic on or before Tuesday, September 15.
The Village is coordinating with Madison Metro on bus routing during this period. We appreciate residents' patience as this work is completed.
