City Hall will be closed Friday, September 4, at 2:30pm. and all day Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. The Asbury Park Public Library will be closed all day Monday, September 7. Alternate side parking will be suspended for the day. Normal hours resume Tuesday, September 8.
