The City of Grosse Pointe Farms is announcing that the fireworks show cancelled yesterday evening has been rescheduled for tonight, Sunday, September 6, at 9:00 p.m. The show will take place from the same launch location. Expect heavy traffic at the events conclusion in the area of Lake Shore Road & Moross Rd.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding following yesterday evening’s events. We know many residents and visitors were looking forward to the fireworks, and we’re grateful for the community’s cooperation and understanding as the situation was addressed.
