Sheriff Clint Roach reports that on 09/06/2026 at approximately 21:35 hours, Deputies from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office responded to a side by side crash in a field near the intersection of US-12 and Calvin Center Rd, Mason Township, Cass County Michigan.
The investigation showed that the side by side driven by Andrew Brady (20 years old from Warsaw, IN) was conducting a right turn, which caused the ATV to overturn. Brady, as well as his passenger Andrew Contreras (18 years old from Warsaw, IN), where transported to Elkhart General Hospital for injuries sustained from the crash.
Assisting agencies on scene were Newberg Ambulance, SEPSA Ambulance, and Osolo Ambulance
All parties wore Seatbelts at the time of the crash.
