1. Robbery (1700) 6300 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 27, was working inside an area business when the suspects entered, brandished firearms, and demanded his property. The victim complied, and the suspects brandished their firearms at patrons of the business before fleeing. SUSPECTS: two Black male adults.
2. Attempted Homicide (0153) 2600 Block of Harrison Street, Seaport District
The female victim, 35, was at an area residence when the known suspect arrived and started an argument. The suspect punched and strangled the victim. The suspect slammed her to the ground, held her at knife point, and threatened to kill her. The suspect vandalized her property before fleeing. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. Officers later located and arrested the suspect without incident. ARRESTED: David Hurtado, 37, for attempted homicide.
3. Shooting into a Dwelling (0209) 2300 Block of Manchester Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 63, and the female victim, 47, were at area residences when those residences were struck by gunfire. Five vehicles were also struck by gunfire. The suspects fled in a vehicle. SUSPECTS: Three unknown suspects.
4. Battery on an Officer (0311) 3500 Block of West Benjamin Holt Drive, Lakeview District
The male victim, 58, was at the location with the known suspect when the suspect repeatedly hit the victim and bit him, causing disfigurement. Officers responded and arrested the suspect. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was transported to an area hospital. While there, the suspect kicked one officer. Force was used to end the assault. The officer sustained a non-life-threatening injury and remained on duty. ARRESTED: Lucas Lillo, 23, for mayhem, assault with a deadly weapon, battery on an officer, and resisting arrest.
