Continental Paving Inc., the contractor for the Department of Public Works (DPW), will perform pavement milling on Pine Street, from Valley Street to Central Street, on Wednesday and Thursday, September 9 and 10, 2026.
Lane closures are expected, and Union Street is recommended as an alternate route.
On-street parking will be restricted during construction hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect traffic delays and are encouraged to follow all posted detour signs and use alternate routes whenever possible.
Residents should plan accordingly and anticipate potential delays and limited access to properties during construction hours. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions and maintain access to residences and businesses whenever possible.
