EGPD is attempting to locate a missing person 35 YO Male with Medical concerns near Forrest Pointe Drive

East Greenbush Police Department is attempting to locate the following: Dominick Bianchi 35 years old. He was last seen leaving his residence from Forrest Pointe Drive. 

Dominick is described as 5'11" adult male with blue green eyes, brown hair and beard. 

Dominick was last seen wearing black sweatpants, black long sleeve shirt and possible baseball hat. 

Dominick could possibly be in need of medical assistance. Not a threat to public safety.
