The Mayor and Borough Council are hosting a Community Meeting regarding the Tract C Redevelopment Project this Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 7 PM in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall.
After months of negotiation and collaboration, the Borough and Garden Homes have reached an agreement regarding the mixed-use redevelopment project on Raritan Avenue, located between S. 2nd and S. 3rd Avenues. Join us to learn about the project as well as the terms of the proposed redeveloper and financial agreements.
The public will have the opportunity to ask questions and comment both in-person and on Zoom. The meeting will be recorded and posted on the Borough's website along with any other meeting materials.
