INCIDENT: PC 243(d) - Aggravated Battery with Serious Bodily Injury
LOCATION: 2000 Block of Paseo Del Rey St, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Confidential Male Juvenile, 17-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Friday, September 4, 2026, at approximately 8:39 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance near the 2000 block of Paseo Del Rey Street in Needles. When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered the 17 year old male suspect had physically assaulted the victim. The victim received medical attention at the scene.
The male juvenile was subsequently arrested on the above mentioned charges and transported to the High Desert Juvenile Hall for booking. He remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Juvenile Probation Department with no bail, pending a court hearing.
