1. Armed Robbery Arrest (1615) 2800 Block of Country Club Boulevard, Civic District
The male victim, 40, was in the listed area when the suspects arrived in a vehicle. One suspect exited the vehicle, pointed a handgun at the victim, and demanded the victim’s property. The suspect then grabbed the property and ran back to the vehicle, which was occupied by two other suspects. Officers identified and located the suspect’s vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. ARRESTED: #1 A 17-year-old male juvenile for robbery, conspiracy, false ID, and an outstanding warrant. #2 Emari Smith, 19, and #3 Javon Frank, 19, both for robbery and conspiracy.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1700) 1600 Block of Turnpike Road, Seaport District
The female victim, 74, walked out of her residence in the listed area and saw an unknown person seated in a chair on her porch. The suspect stood and swung an object at her, striking her. The victim fell but managed to enter her residence and lock the door. The victim was transported by her family to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: White male adult.
3. Robbery (1947) 500 Block of West Harding Way, Civic District
The female victim, 39, was working at a business in the listed area when the suspects entered and stole merchandise. As the suspects were walking out with the merchandise, the victim stood in the doorway. One suspect grabbed an item from the victim’s hand, and they fled in a vehicle. SUSPECTS: A Hispanic adult female and a White adult male.
