Needles Woman Arrested on Suspicion of Furnishing Marijuana to Minor, and Child Abuse
DATE/TIME: Friday, September 4, 2026, at approximately 6:35 p.m.

H&S 11361(A) - Furnishing Marijuana to a Minor
LOCATION: 1900 block of Clary Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Georgina Estrada, 35-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Friday, September 4, 2026, deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Clary Drive reference a disturbance at the residence.
During the investigation, it was determined the suspect, Georgina Estrada was in violation of furnishing marijuana to a minor child and child abuse.
Georgina Estrada was subsequently arrested on the above mention charges and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Estrada remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $70,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
Child Protective Services was notified and the children were placed into temporary protective care of family members. This is an ongoing investigation.
