Smoke Advisory 
Please be advised that a controlled prescribed burn is currently taking place at Angel Island in Marin County beginning Tuesday September 8 through Friday September 11th.
Smoke from the burn is visible from surrounding Bay Area communities and nearby freeways. This is a planned operation conducted by California State Parks and the Marin County Fire Department.
The burn may produce visible smoke from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with some smoke potentially remaining visible for up to three days following the burn.
