Remembering September 11th — 25 Years Later
Please join us for two special community events as we remember the impact of the September 11th attacks and honor the lives forever changed 25 years ago.
Thursday, September 10, 2026 — 7:00 PM
South Brunswick Public Library
Join us for a short video presentation followed by a panel discussion highlighting South Brunswick's experience in the hours and days following the attacks.
The video captures the first few hours after September 11th and shares the stories of South Brunswick police officers who were sent to Ground Zero in the immediate aftermath.
The panel discussion will focus on the local impact of the attacks and how our community came together to respond, support one another, and help those in need.

The Township of South Brunswick will hold its 25th 9/11 Memorial Ceremony.
The ceremony will remember the four South Brunswick residents who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, as well as those who have passed away in the years since as a result of the attacks.
Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember the lives lost, honor the sacrifices made, and recognize the strength and compassion of our community.
Both events are open to all community members.
