Traffic delays are expected at Washington Blvd & Robertson Blvd/Higuera St between 8am-4pm as a City contractor will be replacing the traffic signal controller cabinet. There will be no power to the traffic signal and STOP signs have been posted for all directions of traffic. Please use alternate routes.
