Wilmington Police have arrested a man on a drug charge.
On September 3rd at approximately 1:40 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 1200 block of Lancaster Avenue when they observed a male subject engaged in a drug related activity. Officers made contact with 34-year-old Sharif Pollard, who was taken into custody without incident. Officers recovered 115 grams of marijuana and $1,200.00 in U.S. currency.
Pollard has been charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released on $2,500.00 unsecured bail.
