Mac Pham was last seen: 200 Rodeo Lane, Santa Rosa, 10:30am, but not discovered to be missing until 09:45pm, 09/09/2026. Mac Pham was last seen leaving his home on Rodeo Lane and possibly heading to a nearby bus stop. Mac Pham has Alzheimer’s and tends to wander and speaks Vietnamese and very limited English. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Mac Pham, please call 911 or contact the police.
