LOCATION: Green Tree Boulevard / Hesperia Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Brian Baker, 65-year-old Resident of Hesperia
VICTIM(S): Hispanic Adult Male
SUMMARY: On Thursday, November 13, 2025, at approximately 11:06 p.m., deputies responded to Victor Valley Hospital regarding a victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Detectives from the Victorville Station assumed the investigation and determined the shooting occurred in the area of Green Tree Boulevard and Hesperia Road. It was learned the suspect, Brian Baker, produced a firearm and shot the victim in the mid-torso. The victims's family transported him to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
On September 8, 2026, Brian Baker was located in the area of Green Tree Boulevard and Hesperia Road.
Brain Baker was arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for, P.C. 664/187 - Attempted Murder, and P.C. 245(a)(2) - Assault with a Firearm.
