LOCATION: 15000 Block of Fresno Street, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): John Aguilar, 51-year-old Resident of Victorville
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, September 9, 2026, deputies from the Victorville Station's Multiple Enforcement Team (MET) investigated the illegal possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon.
The investigation led to the service of a search warrant for a residence in the 15000 block of Fresno Street, Victorville. At approximately 4:48 p.m., MET, with the assistance of the Victorville City Gang Impact Team (VCGIT), safely served the search warrant.
During the search, deputies recovered three firearms, an extended illegal magazine, and ammunition. The firearms included a Polymer 80, an unregistered Glock 22, and a Raven MP-25 with an obliterated identification number.
John Aguilar was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for, P.C. 29800(A)(1) – Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and P.C. 30305(A)(1) – Felon in Possession of Ammunition,
P.C. 23900 – Alter, Deface, or Change a Firearms Identification Number.
