The Green Bay Police Department is investigating a reported robbery at Preble Park, 471 Skyline Boulevard, and is actively searching for suspects involved.
On Friday, September 11, 2026, officers were dispatched just before 1:00 p.m. for the incident, which prompted a temporary lockdown of nearby schools as a precautionary measure.
During the initial investigation, it was reported that the victim was allegedly robbed in the park by two suspects who immediately fled, one of whom displayed a firearm. The victim was not injured.
At this time, no suspect descriptions are available for release.
We do believe those involved may have known each other, and we do not believe there is any ongoing threat to the general public.
