SUSPECT 1: Jalen Stiles, 25-year-old male, Resident of Adelanto
SUSPECT 2: Tradon Harris, 22-year-old male, Resident of Adelanto
SUMMARY:
On Friday, September 4, 2026, at approximately 11:45 a.m., deputies from the Apple Valley Station responded to Home Depot, located at 12218 Apple Valley Road, regarding a reported theft that occurred the previous day.
Two suspects entered the business, took multiple tools, and fled the location without paying for the merchandise, valued at about $1,998.
The suspects were identified as Jalen Stiles and Tradon Harris. Search and arrest warrants were authored for both suspects.
On September 10, 2026, with the assistance of the Apple Valley Detective Bureau and Apple Valley Gang Enforcement Team, deputies served the search warrant at a residence in the 11000 block of Hillsborough Court, in Adelanto. Stiles and Harris were arrested without incident. The stolen merchandise was sold by the suspects before deputies arrived.
During the investigation, Stiles and Harris were also identified as suspects in multiple other theft cases in Apple Valley, Barstow, and Victorville. Stiles and Harris were booked into the High Desert Detention Center for PC 487(a), Grand Theft, and PC 182(a)(1), Conspiracy.
