* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding in poor drainage areas, rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers with heavy downpours and a few thunderstorms late tonight into Sunday morning may lead to flooding.
