Sheriff Clint Roach reports that on September 12, 2026, at approximately 2310 hours his Deputies from the Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to a personal injury crash near the intersection of Mathews St., and Dailey Rd., in La Grange Township, Cass County, Michigan.
Investigation shows that Wyatt MacMillan (18yrs old of Benton Harbor, MI) was driving west Mathews St., when he lost control of his motorcycle and struck a tree. Due to injuries sustained in the crash Wyatt was transported by ambulance to South Bend Memorial Hospital.
A helmet was worn at the time of the crash. This crash remains under investigation.
