Horseneck Road will be closed to thru traffic from Pine Brook Road to Passaic Valley Road due to JCPL utility work. Any traffic attempting to get to Woodland Road must come from the Montville High School end. Utility work is being completed between #32 and #36 Horseneck Road. Ask oficers on scene which is the best route if your house is between the work zone.
