2 Alarm Structure Fire Displaces Family
ROHNERT PARK, CA - On Sunday, September 13, 2026, at approximately 10:30 p.m., the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety Dispatch Center received multiple calls reporting a structure fire at a residence on the 7500 block of Bobbie Way.
Officers arrived within minutes and found flames coming from the front of the home and garage. Due to the extent of the fire, a second alarm was immediately requested, bringing additional fire resources to the scene.
With the assistance of Sonoma County Fire, Petaluma Fire, and Gold Ridge Fire, crews were able to contain the fire to the residence and prevent damage to neighboring homes.
The American Red Cross was contacted and is assisting the four residents who were displaced by the fire, including two adults and two minor children.
Due to the fire and smoke damage throughout the residence, the home was red tagged.
The fire remains under investigation by the Rohnert Park Fire Investigation Team. Anyone who may have information about the fire, or who may have captured photos or video around the time of the incident, is encouraged to contact Investigator Gary Uboldi at [email protected] or call Rohnert Park DPS at (707) 584-2600.
