Emergency Road Closure due to Water Main Break on Milton Avenue Tuesday, September 15th. 
The Janesville Water Utility is currently working on a water main repair on Milton Avenue at Kennedy Rd. and Randolph Rd. between Milton Ave. and Randall Ave.
There is emergency road closures on Randolph Rd. between Milton Ave. and Randall Ave. as well as the outside lane of south bound Milton Ave. near Kennedy Rd.
Once the water main has been repaired, lanes will be reopened and traffic patterns will resume as normal.
Instructions:
Vehicles should avoid the area of Randolph Rd. near Randall Ave. and prepare to merge to the inside lanes of south bound Milton Ave. near Kennedy Rd.
