Watch Commander's Night Report - September 13, 2026

CAD CALLS: 850

1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1634) 2100 Block of Lido Circle, Valley Oak District

The male victim, 47, and the suspect were at the listed location when the suspect became upset and assaulted the victim. When the victim told the suspect to leave, he tried to hit the victim with his car before fleeing. The victim sustained minor injuries but declined medical treatment. SUSPECT: Hispanic male, twenties.

2. Armed Robbery (1907) 200 Block of East March Lane, Lakeview District

The male juvenile victim met the suspect at the listed location to sell his property. The suspect brandished a firearm and demanded the victim’s property. The victim complied, and the suspect fled the area on foot. SUSPECT: Hispanic male juvenile.

3. Battery on an Officer (1907) 700 Block of North Sutter Street,
Civic District

Officers responded to the area on a report of a family disturbance. When they arrived, they observed the disturbance inside the residence and tried to intervene. While attempting to detain the suspect, he resisted arrest and assaulted an officer. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Charles Parker, 56, for battery on an officer and spousal battery.

4. Weapons Arrest (2145) Thornton Road and Davis Road, Bear Creek District

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Officers located a loaded firearm during a search of the vehicle. ARRESTED: Brandon Martens, 28, for traffic and weapons charges.

5. Burglary / Resisting Arrest (0009) 4400 Block of Calandria Street, Valley Oak District

Officers responded to a report of an auto burglary in progress and found the suspect inside the victim’s car. The suspect refused to exit, while arming herself with a metal object. Officers physically removed her from the vehicle, but she continued to resist, and force was used to take her into custody. ARRESTED: Thalia Lopez, 30, for burglary and resisting arrest

6. Person Shot (0308) Poplar Street and Madison Street, Civic District

Officers responded to a local hospital on a report of a gunshot victim who was transported there by Medics. Officers spoke to the male victim, 24, who sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was uncooperative and only reported that he was at his girlfriend’s house when an unknown suspect shot him, and he woke up in the hospital. Officers located shell casings at the call location. There is no suspect information
