TEMPORARY TRAFFIC FLOW CHANGE - W HOWARD ST 
W Howard St will temporarily be a one way street with traffic only allowed DOWN the hill from Lockhart Rd to N Trade St. The Water Department is working to fix a water main break at the top of W Howard St. Please use extreme caution in this area until they can repair the water main. Also, keep in mind, Tryon Elementary School will dismiss around 2:45pm and there will be an influx of vehicles during this time on W Howard St.
