Tomorrow, 9/17, 8:30am-4:30pm there will be construction on Lathrop Ave. between Kanouse St. and Wootton St.. Once the construction in this area is completed the construction crew will be moving to Park Ave.. Park Ave. will then be closed between Wootton St. and Roessler St. This is the southbound lane that leads to the Highschool.
