* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Indiana, including the following counties, in central Indiana, Howard, Madison and Tipton. In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph.

* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Narrow bands of 2 to 4 inches of rain will be possible tonight through Thursday morning within persistent rounds of thunderstorms. Locally higher amounts cannot be ruled out. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
