Sea.Hear.Now will host "Kickoff on Cookman," a free concert, on Friday, September 18, 2026, in Asbury Park.
Press Plaza, on Emory Street between Cookman Avenue and Lake Avenue, will be closed to traffic and parking from 6am Friday, September 18 until 2am Saturday, September 19.
Cookman Avenue (Main Street to Grand Avenue) and Bond Street (Mattison Avenue to Cookman Avenue) will be closed to traffic and parking starting at 12pm on Friday, September 18, for event preparation.
Live music will take place in Press Plaza from 5pm to 9pm.
No parking signage will be posted closer to the event date advising of specific restrictions. Drivers should expect no parking on the closed sections listed above for the duration of the closures.
