INCIDENT: PC 664/187(a) – Attempted Murder
LOCATION: 14000 block of El Evado Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Pablo Luna, 36-year-old, Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at approximately 4:25 a.m., deputies from the Victorville Station responded to the 14000 block of El Evado Road, regarding a report of shots fired.
During the preliminary investigation, deputies determined that a verbal dispute occurred between a female victim and Pablo Luna inside a first-floor apartment. During the dispute, Luna retrieved a firearm and discharged it. Luna fell while discharging the firearm, and several rounds struck the ceiling of the apartment before traveling into the second-floor apartment above.
The victim fled the apartment and was safely located in the surrounding area. Luna left the location but was located at a local hospital and taken into custody. No injuries were reported.
Pablo Luna was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto for, P.C. 664/187(a) – Attempted Murder.
