Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Homicide Detectives are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect(s) involved in the murder of Eric Washington.
On Saturday, July 4, 2026 at approximately 11:30 PM, Victim Eric Washington, 37, was shot and killed on the 700 block of West Laurel Street in the city of Compton.
The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and city of Compton are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s).
