* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...East Central Fayette County in east central Indiana... Northern Union County in east central Indiana... Southeastern Wayne County in east central Indiana... West Central Montgomery County in west central Ohio... Central Preble County in west central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 800 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Connersville, Eaton, Liberty, West Alexandria, New Lebanon, Abington, Brownsville, Boston, West Florence, Fairhaven, Goodwins Corner, Sugar Valley, Kitchel, Witts Station, Richmond Municipal Airport, Lake Lakengren, Muttonville, Clifton and Whitewater State Park.
