The City is continuing planning for the Fremont-Decoto Land Development Plan (LDP). This effort implements the City’s 2023–2031 Housing Element and requires the redevelopment of the City-owned site at 4178–4268 Decoto Road into a residential development that includes affordable housing.
On Wednesday, September 23, the City will host a second informational community meeting, sharing information similar to what was presented at the first meeting in May 2026. Community members who were unable to attend the first meeting, along with anyone newly interested, are encouraged to attend.
