* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, southeast, and west central Indiana, including the following counties; Bartholomew, Boone, Clinton, Decatur, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, Rush, Shelby, Tipton, Delaware, Henry, Randolph, Brown, Jennings, Montgomery and Putnam.

* WHEN...From 10 PM EDT this evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
