At 424 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Big Otter, or 13 miles north of Clay, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Big Otter, Harrison, Nebo, Frametown, Strange Creek, Servia, Nicut, and Chloe. This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 39 and 55.
