Today, 9/18/2026, starting approximately 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM, Fountain Ave will be closed from Gerome Ave to the Burlington Bypass. Also, the right turn lane from the Burlington Bypass to Fountain Ave heading towards Fountain Woods School and the High School will be closed. Alternate route to the schools will be the Burlington Bypass to Jacksonville Rd to Fountain Ave.
The Burlington Bypass north lane from the Middle School to Fountain Ave will also be closed during this timeframe.
