9.18.26 update – EMERGENCY REPAIRS - Harper / Hampton 
DPW will be onsite-9/18/2026 for repairs starting @ 8:00 a.m.
An alternate route is advised for all travel in the area-
Multiple lane / road closures are in place for repairs
** Please plan accordingly
Southbound Harper ALL LANES CLOSED from Old 8 Mile to Ridgemont –
Please use service drive @ Old 8 Mile to access freeway
Northbound Harper 1 driving lane + turn lane will be closed from Ridgemont to Old 8 Mile – 1 lane open for through traffic only
NO LEFT TURN at Kroger or Wendy’s or Old 8 Mile rd.
